Location: Taplejung District, Eastern Nepal (bordering Sikkim, India & Tibet, China)
Duration: 18–22 days depending on route and acclimatization
Difficulty: Strenuous – requires excellent fitness and prior trekking experience
Max Altitude: ~5,388 m (17,673 ft) at Pangpema (North Base Camp)
Best Seasons: Spring (Mar–May) and Autumn (Sep–Nov) for clear skies and stable weather
