Overview

The Kanchejunga trek is one of the most remote and breathtaking trekking journeys, leading advantures to the base of the majestic mount kanchejungha (8586m). situated in a far eastern region in Nepal. this trek offer rare opportunity to explore untouched landscapes, rich cultural heritage and Himalaya wilderness.

  • Location: Taplejung District, Eastern Nepal (bordering Sikkim, India & Tibet, China)

  • Duration: 18–22 days depending on route and acclimatization

  • Difficulty: Strenuous – requires excellent fitness and prior trekking experience

  • Max Altitude: ~5,388 m (17,673 ft) at Pangpema (North Base Camp)

  • Best Seasons: Spring (Mar–May) and Autumn (Sep–Nov) for clear skies and stable weather

  • Accommodation: Teahouses in villages, occasional camping at higher altitudes
